The Noodle Company
For my first week of SEASSI, I went over to The Noodle Company on State Street. They have a pretty nice selection of noodle/pasta-based dishes, but I think they were lacking... something. Maybe not enough disco.
This is their Mac 'N' Cheese made with freshly grated Wisconsin cheeses. For authentic mac 'n' cheese, however, I'd have to give them a "Probably Won't Get It Again."
