Homemades

It's Sunday night, and there is no doubt that my neighbor's know how to get down. Even though they can be pretty raucous, I laud them for their eclectic taste in music. Fischerspooner? "I Love College"? Good ol' West Coast!? Dayum.

One of the nicest things about SEASSI is meeting people, especially those who know how to cook! As a result, I've gotten to enjoy the yummies created by our resident chef, Thea, as well as those by other awesome SEASSI peoples.
Thea's adobo. Hell yeah.
Bryan's
maduros. Teehee.
(lopsided?) Bryan's Creation: leftover papaya salad + Thea's adobo + Rice+ Eggs = actually tasty
Breakfast! Longganisa, tapa (although I think Bryan and I made imposter tapa), eggs, rice, and tomatoes.
The "Holy Crap, I'm Exhausted, We Need to Make Dinner while We Make Piesta Food" Dinner. Thai red curry + coconut milk + eggplant + tilapia + basil + bell peppers + anything else we had = a great sleepy meal.
